In a large bowl, place the farmer cheese, add 2 eggs and 1 Tbsp of sugar, mix everything together well. Add flour and vanilla and combine everything together. |

Scoop out approximately 1/4 cup pancake dough, make a ball and then gently flatten the dough into a small patty. |

In a large skillet, heat 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil, and gently place the cheese pancakes into the pan. Cook on medium-low heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until each side is golden brown. Place the cheese pancakes on a paper towel to rid of extra oil. |
