4 tbsp semolina (cream of wheat, farina)

Directions
This is a great recipe to try. Simple to make.Healthy and delicious. Great for weekend breakfast or you can make it the night before and just reheat it in the morning. We like it with condensed milk but it also goes well with sour cream, jam or honey.

Preheat the oven 370F. Mix all ingredients well. Grease a 9-inch round pan with 1 tbsp of butter. Carefully pour mixture into pan, smooth evenly. Cut leftover butter to small peaces and put on top of the mixture. Bake 40 minutes. |
