Ingredients

1 can, Boneless, Skinless Wild Caught Pink Salmon, drained Salmon
1 large, diced tomatoes
1 large, diced cucumbers
3 cups, any greens you like greens mix
1/2 cup sweet corn
2, soft-boiled egg
1/2 cup chickpea
1, crushed garlic cloves
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 ts salt
2 tbs vegetables broth or water
1 ts honey
1/2 ts black pepper
1 tbs lemon juice

These are my favorite brands for mustard, salmon and salad.  Great dish for lunch. Healthy, delicious and easy to make.

Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the mustard, lemon juice, honey, vegetables broth or water, salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil. Add garlic and mix everything well. The great way to mix ingredients is using a jar with a lid. Add ingredients in a jar, close the lid and shake well.

Place greens mix in a salad bowl. Add vegetables, corn, cheakpeas and salmon. Cut eggs for 4 peaces each and top the salad. Pour salad dressing on top and gently mix the salad.
