Directions
This carrot ginger dressing is a replica of the dressing served at Japanese restaurants. It is fresh and flavorful and a great substitute for salad dressing if you are trying to gain less calories. If you don’t have pickled sushi ginger you can instead substitute it with fresh ginger.
