2 lb, cut into bite size pieces chicken tights (without bones and skin)

1 large, sliced onion

8 oz, sliced organic white button mushroom

20 oz frozen green beans

3, pressed garlic cloves

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbs cooking oil

2 tbs butter

1 tsp curry powder

1/3 cup sour cream, reduced fat

What a delicious, easy to make and healthy meal it is! It will take you only 30 minutes to prepare this dish. One pot fry chicken with green beans is a great recipe for a quick dinner or lunch. You can serve it with any sides you like.

Season chicken with salt and curry powder. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cooking oil and fry chicken until golden color about 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Add butter and sliced onion to the now-empty pan and saute for 5 minute or until cooked. Add green beans, mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Return chicken to the pan. Add pressed garlic, soy sauce and sour cream, stir everything well and cook for 5 more minutes. |
